berita terbaru...korban H1N1 dah meningkat kepada 51 orang berbanding 44 orang semalam...orang2 kat ofis aku pun semua nya dah lemau semacam. ada yang batuk..ada yang sengal2 badan, ada yang bersin dan ada yang sengal2 alam. penangan virus ni memang tak tau la nak ckap apa...mungkin ada sesetengah individu ni kalah dengan mainan psikologi. oleh sebab risau sangat dengan virus...so tiap2 hari pun risau. tambah plak dengan simptom2 seperti batuk dan acccchuuummmm!! bergegas lah kita semua membeli topeng menutup edong! so untuk kepastian dan langkah berjaga-jaga, pergi je lah buat pemeriksaan kesihatan kat klinik2 yang berdekatan...lebih baek mencegah dari mengubati..ehehehe..sesuai tak?? erm..bakteria ni sebenarnya ada bakteria BAIK dan JAHAT...contoh bakteria baik ialah, digunakan untuk membuat vitamin, break down garbage and maintain our atmosphere. kalo nak tau...dalam mulut manusia ada lebih 500 spesis bakteria...jadi kena pandai2 la soh bakteria jahat tu jadi baik...eeheheh
